The goal of this web design project was to create a visually appealing and functional website for Sewanify, a housing rental consultancy in Malaysia that specializes in helping landlords manage their rentals. The website needed to convey Sewanify's mission, showcase their services, provide access to a variety of useful information on their blog, and create a platform where landlords could easily understand and access necessary legal documents (i.e., House Rental Agreements) compliant with Malaysian laws. The website's overall design aimed to enhance the user experience while effectively promoting Sewanify's services.
Sewanify was struggling with spreading their message and reaching the landlords in need of their services due to the lack of a digital presence. Many landlords in Malaysia were experiencing trouble managing unruly tenants, who were either irresponsible in maintaining their rental properties or lacked discipline in paying their rent on time. These issues often stemmed from a poor rental management system and inadequate legal safeguards, which Sewanify aimed to tackle. The absence of a user-friendly digital platform hindered Sewanify's ability to help a larger number of landlords they intended to serve.
To solve the client's problem, we developed a professional, eye-catching, and user-friendly website that allowed Sewanify to reach a broader audience while showcasing their expertise in rental consulting. Essential features of the website included a Home page that highlighted Sewanify's mission, a Services section that detailed their House Rental Agreement offering, and a Blog with informative content for landlords. By implementing a seamless navigation structure and intuitive design elements, the website allowed users to quickly access relevant information and services tailored to their needs. Through this digital platform, Sewanify was able to extend its reach, simplify rental management for landlords, and protect them from potential issues with tenants.
